Who we are

Roast My Maps is operated by Louisville Web Lab LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company based in Louisville, KY. Contact: dustin@roastmymaps.com, (502) 648-3130.

The free roast

The roast is an automated score built from public Google data plus your answers. It’s an opinion, not a guarantee of rankings or results. Roast My Maps is not affiliated with Google.

Roast My Maps Autopilot

Autopilot costs $197/month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. It includes review replies within 48 hours, a weekly Google post, new photos monthly, review requests, and a monthly Roast Score report. To start, we need Manager access to your Google Business Profile and 10 photos.

Your responsibilities

You own your Google profile and agree to give us accurate information and to approve nothing false. We follow Google’s policies: no fake reviews, no incentives and no review gating. We may decline requests that break them.

Guarantee

If your Roast Score doesn’t go up 20 points (or reach 85+) within 60 days of setup being complete, your next month is free. The score is measured with this tool. One free month max per customer.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime from /billing or by emailing us. Service continues to the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we haven’t started work on your profile, we’ll refund that first month in full. After that, we don’t refund partial months, except under the guarantee above or where required by law. See the cancellation & refund policy.

Limitation of liability

We make no warranty of rankings, calls or revenue. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
